Community Engagement Intern
We at Bhoos prioritize users first. If you are someone who can interact with users easily and help in building a gaming community, we need you.
What will you do?
- Engage with our users through various channels to understand them, support them and also inform them about new features, updates, and promotions.
- Analyze user patterns and behavior (through surveys and in collaboration with the data team) to help improve user experience in the games.
- Collaborate with developers to convey user feedback, suggestions, and concerns and, ensure that they are addressed.
Must-Have:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Great writing skills in both English and Nepali.
- Experience in conducting research and surveys.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with SEO and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to interpret data and identify trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with our games and the gaming industry
